Hosting Packages

* Core Hosting

These packages do not include website content updates, edits, adding new pages or code changes to your website. Any updates will be charged at £70+VAT per hour with a minimum charge of £35+VAT.

** WordPress Themes

If you are moving your hosting to Portal Creative and your WordPress theme requiries a licence key which you don’t have then the cost of the licence will be passed on to you.

If your WordPress theme is no longer supported by the theme developer then we will be unable to host your website

*** WordPress Plugins

If your plugins require a licence key which you don’t have then the cost of the licence will be passed on to you.

If your plugins are flagged as a security risk or removed from the WordPress repository then we will remove them and replace them with suitable alternatives.

The plugin developer is responsible for the code of their plugin. This includes keeping the plugin up to date and ensuring it is compatible with the latest versions of PHP and WordPress.

**** Website Content Updates

We will include one hour of website updates every month. This includes text/image changes, adding new pages or custom code changes. This allowance does not roll over month to month.
